General objective of the job

As the Ticketing System Specialist at Kemedar, you are tasked with the efficient management and resolution of customer inquiries and issues through the ticketing system. Your role is essential in ensuring that all customer tickets are addressed promptly, accurately, and effectively, contributing significantly to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all customer issues are logged, assigned, and resolved within agreed service levels.
  • Categorize, prioritize, and escalate tickets to the appropriate departments or staff members, ensuring swift resolution of complex issues.
  • Provide first-line support directly to customers where applicable, resolving issues at the point of contact when possible.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, steps taken, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address recurring customer issues and contribute to system improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and FAQs based on common customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Generate regular reports on ticket volume, resolution rates, and other critical metrics to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support process.
  • Train and support other team members on the use of the ticketing system and best practices for customer interaction.

Education

No specific degree

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with specific expertise in supporting software or technology systems.

Language

Fluent in English is Must

Computer Skills

Proficient with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and modern customer service software.

Personality

Proactive, leadership-oriented, strong problem solver, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in team leadership and training.

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc
