Kemereno agents engage with residents, arranging free online meetings to facilitate networking and introductions among neighbors.

Residents engage in electronic voting for building tasks, a process that incurs no additional charges.
4- Cost Assessment
Kemereno agents and technicians provide a complimentary cost Sheet assessment for agreed-upon tasks.
5- Transparent Communication
Residents receive clear communication of assessment details, and voting on costs is facilitated without any charges.
6-Contract Signing
Upon approval, a contract is signed between Kemereno and residents, outlining conditions and costs.
