General objective of the job


 As a Product and Service Sales Specialist at Kemedar, you are responsible for driving the sales of a specific product or service within the company’s portfolio. Your expertise in the product’s features, benefits, and potential customer base will enable you to effectively engage with prospects and convert them into satisfied customers.

This job profile is designed to attract a highly skilled and motivated Product and Service Sales Specialist who can effectively drive the sales of specific products or services at Kemedar, ensuring optimal market penetration and revenue growth.

He reports to the  Head of Sales of Egypt 

Coordinates with :

Marketing Team, Product Development Team, Customer Support Team

Main Duties of The Job

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market for the specific product or service.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand potential customer needs and develop effective sales pitches and strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies that align with the unique selling points of the product or service.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for the product or service, from initial contact through to closing the sale and post-sale follow-up.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product advancements to effectively position the product in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from customers and prospects to the product development team to help shape future product enhancements and releases.
  • Document all sales activities and interactions in CRM software, maintaining accurate records for reporting and future sales strategy development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or any other

Experience

At least 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in a similar industry or product category.

Language

English is plus

Computer Skills

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management software; deep understanding of the sales processes for specialized products or services.

Personality

Motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic about the product or service, with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals.

Personal Skills

Strong negotiation skills, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
