General objective of the job
As the Head of System Exclusivity at Kemedar, you will oversee the assignment and management of exclusive rights to various companies for operating each of Kemedar’s 25+ systems. This crucial role ensures that each system is managed effectively, maximizing operational success and compliance with Kemedar’s standards. You will act as the primary liaison between Kemedar and its partners, facilitating seamless integration and management of these systems.

- Analytical Skills: Analyze system performance and partner compliance to ensure operational efficiencies and achievement of benchmarks.
- Communication: Effectively communicate expectations, changes, and feedback between Kemedar and partner companies.
Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Oversee the selection process of exclusive partners for each of Kemedar’s systems, ensuring they meet strategic goals and operational standards.
- Develop criteria and standards for partner operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all systems.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance through regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Facilitate ongoing training and support for partners to aid in the effective management of their respective systems.
- Act as a mediator to resolve any issues or disputes between Kemedar and the partner companies.
- Collaborate with the legal and financial departments to prepare and manage contracts with partners.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to align system operations with overall business strategies.
- Coordinate with the franchisees and branch managers in the areas to align system operations with business success in the specific system.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO and other executives on system status, partner performance, and strategic recommendations for enhancements.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years in partnership management, business operations, or a related field, with experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
Language
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Computer Skills
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and project management software.
Personality
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Personal Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and maintain positive relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
