As the Performance & Development Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for designing and continuously improving the talent performance and development frameworks and processes. Your role is pivotal in driving high performance and fostering a robust culture of learning and development across all levels of the organization.
This job profile is designed to attract a highly skilled and experienced Performance & Development Manager who can significantly contribute to nurturing and enhancing the talent within Kemedar, ensuring that the workforce is well-prepared to meet the challenges of a competitive business environment.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in learning & development and performance management within a dynamic and complex business environment.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in the latest training techniques and technologies, extensive experience with performance management systems, and mastery of MS Office.
Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed with a strong analytical mindset.
Outstanding communication and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives.
