General objective of the job
As the Investor Relations Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for managing all communications and relationships with investors. Your role involves providing investors with accurate and timely information about the company's financial performance, strategic direction, and growth opportunities. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that investor feedback is communicated internally to support strategic decisions.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that communicates Kemedar's financial health, business strategy, and market opportunities to the investor community.
- Manage the creation and distribution of all investor materials, including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and investor presentations.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, conference calls, and investor roadshows to foster strong investor relationships.
- Monitor investor perceptions and feedback to provide strategic insights to senior management, influencing corporate strategies and objectives.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial results and corporate developments are accurately and timely reported to investors.
- Maintain a current understanding of market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform investors and management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to investor relations and public disclosures.
- Develop and maintain an investor relations section on the company’s website, ensuring it provides valuable and up-to-date information for investors.
- Handle investor inquiries and communications, providing prompt and accurate responses to enhance investor satisfaction and confidence.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department to ensure all investor relations activities are compliant with securities laws and regulations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, crowdfunding, finance, or a related field, ideally within a public company.
Language
Excellent English required
Computer Skills
Strong understanding of financial reporting, securities regulations, and stock market operations.
Personality
Professional, articulate, and poised with a strong ability to work under pressure.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Certification from the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) or similar is advantageous.
Specialized computer skills
