General objective of the job

As the HR Training Specialist at Kemedar Egypt, you are responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs that enhance the skills, performance, and job satisfaction of all employees. Your role is crucial in fostering a knowledgeable and highly skilled workforce that aligns with Kemedar’s strategic goals.

This job profile aims to attract a dedicated and experienced HR Training Specialist who can effectively manage the training and development needs of Kemedar Egypt, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

HR Team, Department Managers, External Training Vendors

Main Duties of The Job

  • Conduct needs assessments with department heads and team leads to determine training requirements that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Design and develop training programs, including onboarding sessions, in-house workshops, and scheduled training sessions, tailored to the specific needs of Kemedar Egypt.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions using a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the training calendar, ensuring all staff have access to necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers to deliver required training that cannot be conducted internally.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using specific metrics to measure success and ROI.
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress, managing databases and reporting to management on training outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training practices, learning tools, and professional development techniques.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of an annual training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within a large or multinational organization.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Personality

Enthusiastic and dynamic presenter with a passion for education and empowerment.

Personal Skills

  1. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

Certifiication

Certifications in training, such as CIPD or ATD, are highly desirable.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections 

If you have good connections to business key persons in real estate industry and investors
