General objective of the job

As the Financial Analyst for Franchise Operations at Kemedar, you are responsible for providing detailed financial analysis to support the decision-making processes of franchise managers and the broader franchise department. Your role involves analyzing financial data, forecasting performance, and providing insights that contribute to the operational and financial success of each franchise.

This job profile is designed to attract a highly capable and analytical Financial Analyst for Franchise Operations who can provide essential financial insights and support, enhancing the financial decision-making and operational success of Kemedar’s franchise network.

Reports to: Head of Franchise and Area Partnerships

Coordinates with: Franchise Operations Manager, Marketing Coordinator for Franchise, Partner Relations Manager, and other finance personnel within the corporate structure

Oversees: Not applicable—provides support and analysis across various teams.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Conduct detailed financial analysis for each franchise unit, including profitability analysis, cost management, and revenue trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for franchise managers, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for franchise operations, providing financial insights that help in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Analyze and monitor financial performance of franchise campaigns and marketing efforts to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Collaborate with franchise operations managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to assist franchise managers in making informed operational decisions.
  • Review and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across franchise operations.
  • Participate in regular financial reviews with franchise managers to discuss financial strategies and address any issues.
  • Support the financial integration of new franchises into the corporate structure, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with financial practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and financial best practices to continuously improve financial reporting and analysis within the franchise operations.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably with some exposure to franchise operations or multi-unit business environments.

Language

Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial for international dealings.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis software. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Personality

Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
