General objective of the job

As the Customer Experience Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall customer experience across all touchpoints within the organization. Your role is critical in designing and implementing strategies that improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. This position focuses on understanding customer needs and expectations and aligning them with business operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.

Main Duties of The Job

  • Map the customer journey across all touchpoints and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
  • Implement customer experience programs that focus on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent customer messaging and interaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market trends to develop targeted customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions that improve customer interactions, such as CRM systems or customer feedback tools.
  • Train and guide customer-facing teams on best practices for customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on customer experience metrics, using data to drive decisions and report on ROI.
  • Lead the resolution of escalated customer issues, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and trends related to customer experience to continuously innovate and improve strategies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review customer experience outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, customer service management, or related roles.

Language

Fluent in English is a Must 

Computer Skills

Proficiency with customer experience software, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.

Personality

Customer-focused, proactive, and innovative with a strong drive to improve customer interactions.

Personal Skills

Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and inspiring teams across the organization.

It will be nice if you have...

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc
