General objective of the job
As the Content Manager at Kemedar, you will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of content across all digital platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, your role is pivotal in developing content strategies that engage audiences, enhance brand presence, and drive measurable results.

Main Duties of The Job
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses channel selection and content development, tailored to meet business objectives.
- Manage the content lifecycle from ideation, creation, publishing, analysis, and iteration.
- Lead the content team in creating compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure content is optimized for search engines, increasing organic traffic.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance on all digital platforms, using insights to refine content strategies.
- Manage content updates and maintain content quality across all digital touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all content.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, digital marketing developments, and best practices.
- Conduct periodic content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or any other
Experience
Proven experience as a Content Manager, with a strong portfolio of published articles.
Language
English is a must
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), SEO tools, and basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
Personality
Creative, strategic, and proactive in managing content and innovation.
Personal Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and work under deadlines.
