General objective of the job

As the Channel Sales Manager for Specific System Sales at Kemedar, you are tasked with managing and expanding the sales channels specifically for one of Kemedar’s key systems. Your role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing distributor relationships, and optimizing reseller networks to increase sales volume and market penetration for the designated system.

This enhanced profile ensures that the Channel Sales Manager's role is clearly focused on driving the sales of a specific system through strategic channel partnerships, emphasizing the specialized nature of their responsibilities within Kemedar’s sales structure.

Coordinates with :

Marketing Team, Product Development Team (specifically system developers), Customer Service Department, and other Sales Managers

Main Duties of The Job

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners with a focus on promoting and selling the specific system.
  • Manage and drive sales activities of partners to generate revenue specifically for the system.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans that are tailored to meet sales goals for the system.
  • Educate partners about the specific system’s features, benefits, and potential market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt channel sales strategies for the system to ensure optimal placement and promotion.
  • Define and execute channel sales performance measures and benchmarks tailored to the system.
  • Manage partner relationship conflicts and ensure compliance with company sales policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive channel marketing initiatives that are specific to the system.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for the system to senior management.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

At least 5 years of channel sales experience, with specific experience in managing system or product-specific sales channels.

Language

English is preferred

Computer Skills

Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personality

Driven, strategic thinker with a clear focus on achieving sales targets.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
