General objective of the job

As a Call Center Representative at Kemedar, you are on the front line of customer interactions, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your role involves effectively communicating Kemedar's products and services to customers, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve conversion goals.

 Sales Team, Customer Support, and Product Management

Main Duties of The Job

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed information about Kemedar’s products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening, and recommend appropriate products or services that meet those needs.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, providing clear and accurate information at each step.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy in order handling and customer follow-up.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date with the latest product information.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Feed back any important customer insights to the sales team to aid business improvements.

Education

High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center or sales-focused role is highly advantageous.

Language

English is must

Computer Skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, and basic computer skills.

Personality

Enthusiastic, patient, and highly motivated, with a genuine passion for speaking with customers and making sales.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage sensitive customer situations effectively.
