General objective of the job
As the Brand/System Marketing Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for managing and enhancing the marketing efforts for a specific system or the overall brand. Your role is crucial in crafting strategies that strengthen brand identity, increase system usage, and drive market penetration. You will develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives that promote brand awareness and customer engagement.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Develop and oversee the marketing plan for specific Kemedar systems or the overall brand, including digital, traditional, and event marketing strategies.
- Manage the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and communicate clear, effective messages.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, brand perception, and system functionality acceptance.
- Collaborate with product managers to align marketing strategies with product launches and enhancements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns that effectively engage target audiences and lead to measurable results.
- Oversee social media strategy and content marketing, ensuring they align with broader marketing and brand strategies.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, allocating funds efficiently across campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize resources and tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Kemedar's marketing efforts relevant and impactful.
- Manage and mentor marketing staff, fostering a productive and creative environment.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a brand or product marketing management role, ideally in a technology-driven industry.
Language
English is preferred
Computer Skills
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
Personality
Proactive, driven, and detail-oriented with a passion for branding and marketing.
Personal Skills
Strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
