General objective of the job

As the Marketing Coordinator for Franchise at Kemedar, you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies specifically tailored to support and enhance the performance of franchise operations. Your role involves coordinating marketing efforts that align with both Kemedar’s overall branding and the unique needs of individual franchises.

Reports to: Head of Franchise and Area Partnerships

Coordinates with: Franchise Development Manager, Partner Relations Manager, Franchise Operations Manager, Corporate Marketing Department

Oversees: Implementation of marketing strategies across franchises

Main Duties of The Job


  • Develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that drive traffic and sales for franchise locations, aligning with Kemedar’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including promotional items, advertising campaigns, and digital content.
  • Work closely with franchisees to understand their local market conditions and customize marketing efforts to fit their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing department to ensure brand consistency across all franchise marketing activities.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns for franchises, monitoring engagement and optimizing strategies based on performance data.
  • Organize and support promotional events and product launches at franchise locations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to franchisees on marketing practices, digital tools, and brand guidelines.
  • Regularly review and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate marketing team, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on marketing strategies and updates.
  • Monitor marketing budgets for franchises, ensuring effective use of resources and maximum return on investment.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in franchise marketing or multi-location marketing management.

Language

Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial for international dealings.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, CRM software, and data analytics.

Personality

Creative, proactive, and highly organized with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Personal Skills

Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
