  • Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for CX agents based on Quality and Performance Management System.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively driving and implementing a research strategy for Kemedar’s product in Egypt.  We are looking for someone who will not only find problems and deliver insights, but will also drive meaningful solutions to suggest the right product market fit for Egypt.  You will be comfortable performing research, familiar with a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.  You will be leading on all research across both our B2B and B2C verticals in Egypt to help us grow across the country.  You will be working closely with product, design, engineering, sales and Egypts GM to solve our problems and put forward solutions that the product team can run with

 

This role is key for the success of Kemedar and we are looking for someone who is excited to drive growth by identifying new product opportunities through the research process in Egypt.  

 

What you will do 

  • Lead the product research process for the organisation in Egypt and drive the product team to adopt suggestions

  • Conduct research that is capable of informing the definition and development of Kemedar’s products

  • Convert research findings into actionable results, activating design thinking and concept development through workshop facilitation

  • Work closely within Design, Engineering, Product, Commercial and Marketing teams to define and improve Kemedar’s digital experience and truly understand the consumer and customer needs. 

  • Synthesise research findings from other primary and passive data sources (including market research, site analytics, Voice of Customer feedback, A/B test output, secondary research, sales data and customer support insights) into meaningful and actionable recommendations

  • Actively lift the skills of the design team, providing constructive support and feedback 

  • Conduct all research activity with a practised awareness of data privacy principles

• Delivering high quality trainings and continuously building good relationship with franchise owners 
• Communicating regularly with the sales team, product team and customer care to ensure that franchise owners are satisfied and utilising our platforms well
• Contacting franchise owners within the set SLA to book their trainings
• Recording all tasks in Salesforce and ensuring all data are up to date 
• Achieving personal and team OKRs set by the company
• Creating training materials in English and Arabic 
• Supporting sales and customer care teams when needed
• Proactively looking and troubleshooting franchise owners that are not using our platforms well to increase their ROI and improve retention 
• Evaluating franchise owners knowledge after completing trainings
 
Desired Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, E-commerce, Information technology, or related field
• Three years previous experience as a Franchise owner trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
• In-depth skills in training & coaching development, delivery, and methodology (Digital & Face-to-Face)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong soft skills (e.g. communication, social, persuasiveness, self-management, willingness, creativity, customer orientation, intercultural awareness, etc.)
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Ability to manage a full training session, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and real estate business is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of using CRMs
• Aptitude and desire to learn new tools and techniques quickly
