As the Head of Sales at Kemedar, you are responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategies that maximize revenue growth and market penetration. Your leadership will be crucial in setting sales goals, developing sales plans, and overseeing the entire sales department to ensure Kemedar achieves its commercial objectives.
He reports to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Egypt
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution.
At least 8 years of marketing and sales experience in the real estate sector or related industries, with a proven track record of leading successful teams and projects.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
Expertise in the latest digital marketing software and CRM systems, along with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Charismatic leader with a passion for innovation, a knack for strategic planning, and the ability to inspire teams.
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and articulate compelling sales and marketing visions.
