General objective of the job
As the Social Media Marketing Manager at Kemedar, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that align with Kemedar’s marketing goals, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with our audience effectively.
This job is designed to attract a dynamic and skilled social media expert who can elevate Kemedar’s digital presence, foster community engagement, and support the broader digital marketing goals of the company.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that increases brand visibility and enhances audience engagement.
- Manage daily posts across all social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media platforms effectively.
- Monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape.
- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports on social media campaigns’ effectiveness.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ad spending.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around our brand.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple networks.
- Train and guide other department members on best practices for creating engaging content that aligns with Kemedar’s voice and goals.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or related field.
Experience
At least 3-5 years of social media management experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Language
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), as well as with social media management tools like SenderpPro, AM Control and other systems like them.
Personality
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Personal Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
