General objective of the job

As the Head of Marketing & Sales at Kemedar, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of all marketing and sales activities. Your mission is to elevate our brand’s presence on a global scale, capitalize on market opportunities, and foster sustainable growth through innovative marketing practices and robust sales strategies. This role demands a visionary leader who can blend creative marketing techniques with analytical rigor to deliver on ambitious business objectives. 

  • Through our access to the largest audience of home seekers in the Egypt, our marketing function collaborates with product and the rest of the organization to drive growth in lead traffic, delight users and build a powerful revenue opportunity to our real estate brokerage partners

  • Create and execute the overall Marketing Strategy for Kemedar.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a thought leadership strategy in line with our brand purpose.

  • Translate USPs into commercial narratives about the features, functions and benefits across each segment and key personas.

  • Structure a commercial offering to our network of real estate brokerage partners

He reports to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Egypt 

Manage :

Direct oversight of the Marketing Team, Sales Team, and Public Relations and Communications divisions. 
Collaborates closely with Product Development and Customer Service departments to ensure alignment on product offerings and brand messaging.

Main Duties of The Job

  1. Strategically lead, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing plans that clearly communicate Kemedar’s unique value propositions across different channels and platforms.
  2. Drive the sales team towards achieving and exceeding their sales targets through effective training, mentoring, and resource allocation.
  3. Foster strong, productive relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders to expand Kemedar’s market presence and influence.
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns that engage and attract a global audience.
  5. Utilize data analytics to generate insights into customer behavior and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
  6. Manage the department’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
  7. Leverage on the power of Kemedar’s market leading brand to position Kemedar as the ultimate trusted source for advise
  8. Craft a clear brand story and position our company as the go to source of information and objective advice on home financing
  9. Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our customers’ understanding of business and products.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Sales, PR, Data, Creative, etc.) to ensure cohesion and scalability for messaging, campaigns and product launches.
  11. Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact.
  12. Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above.
  13. Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution.

Experience

At least 8 years of marketing and sales experience in the real estate sector or related industries, with a proven track record of leading successful teams and projects.

Language

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

Computer Skills

Expertise in the latest digital marketing software and CRM systems, along with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Personality

Charismatic leader with a passion for innovation, a knack for strategic planning, and the ability to inspire teams.

Personal Skills

Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and articulate compelling sales and marketing visions.
