General objective of the job

As the Customer Trainer at Kemedar, you are responsible for educating and empowering customers by providing comprehensive training on Kemedar’s services and systems. Your role is critical in enhancing customer understanding and proficiency, ensuring that they can effectively utilize our offerings to their full potential.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Develop and conduct training programs tailored to the needs of Kemedar customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our systems and services.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and other educational content including videos and screen recordings that are clear, informative, and engaging.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars for customers, both online and in-person as necessary.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback surveys, assessments, and by monitoring customer usage post-training.
  • Continuously update training curriculum and materials to reflect updates to services and systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing initial training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed to help customers maintain and enhance their understanding of Kemedar products.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on product changes and updates, ensuring that training sessions reflect the most current information.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback to inform future training strategies.
  • Delivering high quality trainings and continuously building good relationship with clients 
  • Communicating regularly with the sales team, product team and customer care to ensure that clients are satisfied and utilizing our platforms well
  • Contacting clients within the set SLA to book their trainings
  • Recording all tasks in Salesforce and ensuring all data are up to date 
  • Achieving personal and team OKRs set by the company
  • Creating training materials in English and Arabic 
  • Supporting sales and customer care teams when needed
  • Proactively looking and troubleshooting clients that are not using our platforms well to increase their ROI and improve retention 
    Evaluating clients knowledge after completing trainings

We expect that you have..!

Education

No specific degree

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with specific expertise in supporting software or technology systems.

Language

Fluent in English is Must

Computer Skills

Proficient with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and modern customer service software.

Personality

Proactive, leadership-oriented, strong problem solver, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in team leadership and training.

It will be nice if you have...

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Good connections 

If you have good connections to business key persons in real estate industry and investors

Desired Experience:

  • Courses in Education, E-commerce, Information technology, or related field

  • Three years previous experience as a Client trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

  • In-depth skills in training & coaching development, delivery, and methodology (Digital & Face-to-Face)

  • ​​Strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Strong soft skills (e.g. communication, social, persuasiveness, self-management, willingness, creativity, customer orientation, intercultural awareness, etc.)

  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic)

  • Ability to manage a full training session, including in-person activities and web-based learning.

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and real estate business is a plus

  • Excellent  knowledge of using CRMs

  • Aptitude and desire to learn new tools and techniques quickly
