General objective of the job

As the B2B Support Specialist at Kemedar, you are responsible for delivering outstanding support services to our business clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all B2B interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Provide dedicated support to business clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and monitor B2B support tickets, prioritizing them based on urgency and business impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Kemedar’s products and services to offer accurate and relevant advice to business clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with business clients to discuss their service status, identify challenges, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of services.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, solutions provided, and any ongoing issues.
  • Train B2B clients on how to use Kemedar’s systems and platforms effectively, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our products.
  • Develop and implement tailored support strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and product teams to facilitate the implementation of custom requests or feedback.

Education

No specific degree

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with specific expertise in supporting software or technology systems.

Language

Fluent in English is Must

Computer Skills

Proficient with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and modern customer service software.

Personality

Proactive, leadership-oriented, strong problem solver, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in team leadership and training.

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills
