General objective of the job


As the Head of Sales at Kemedar, you are responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategies that maximize revenue growth and market penetration. Your leadership will be crucial in setting sales goals, developing sales plans, and overseeing the entire sales department to ensure Kemedar achieves its commercial objectives.

  1. Sales Development Representatives, 
  2. Call Center Manager, 
  3. Direct Sales Manager, 
  4. Sales Enablement Manager, 
  5. Product & Service Manager
  6. Customer Care Manager 

Main Duties of The Job

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
  • Set sales goals and quotas, and develop policies and sales processes that will drive the desired sales outcomes.
  • Lead and expand the sales team to meet and exceed sales performance targets.
  • Oversee the management of key customer relationships and the negotiation of contracts to maximize the deal flow and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to identify market opportunities and coordinate sales campaigns that align with customer acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget and forecasting, and allocate resources optimally across sales teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement by implementing innovative sales techniques and tools, including CRM systems and sales enablement software.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution.

Experience

At least 8 years of marketing and sales experience in the real estate sector or related industries, with a proven track record of leading successful teams and projects.

Language

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

Computer Skills

Expertise in the latest digital marketing software and CRM systems, along with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Personality

Charismatic leader with a passion for innovation, a knack for strategic planning, and the ability to inspire teams.

Personal Skills

Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and articulate compelling sales and marketing visions.
