General objective of the job

As the Team Leader for Specialized Sales at Kemedar, you will spearhead the efforts of a dedicated sales team focused on promoting and selling selected high-value properties, projects, or products. Your leadership will be crucial in developing strategic sales approaches, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships within this niche market.

Main Duties of The Job


    • Lead a sales team dedicated to specific properties, projects, or products, managing all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to close.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the target market of the selected properties or products.
    • Train and mentor sales representatives in specialized product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans to meet sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy targeted marketing campaigns that enhance product visibility and appeal.
    • Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty while maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting team performance, potential challenges, and market opportunities.
    • Oversee the administrative functions of the sales process, including contract negotiation and compliance with sales policies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    We expect that you have..!

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

    Experience

    At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the real estate sector or in sales of high-value products.

    Language

    Fluent in English is a Must 

    Computer Skills

    Proficiency with CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Personality

    Dynamic, driven, and dedicated with a strong focus on achieving results and leading team success.

    Personal Skills

    Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong team and client relationships.
