As the REIT Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for managing the Real Estate Investment Trust, overseeing all aspects of its operation including property acquisition, portfolio management, and financial performance. Your role involves maximizing the profitability of the trust and ensuring strategic growth through effective asset management and investment strategies.
Reports to: Head of Investment Department
Coordinates with: Investor Relations Manager, Financial Analysts, Legal Advisors, Property Management Teams
Oversees: Direct operations within the REIT, including asset management, acquisitions, and financial oversight
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment management, specifically with REITs or similar investment vehicles.
Excellent English required
Proficiency in financial modeling, real estate analysis software, and property valuation techniques.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent negotiation, project management, and leadership skills, capable of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.
Certification or professional designation in real estate or investment management (e.g., CFA, CRE) is preferred.
