 General objective of the position

ء. As a Call Center Agent at Kemedar, you will be on the front lines of customer interactions by answering inbound and outbound calls professionally and with enthusiasm. Your role will involve effectively communicating with customers about Kemedar's products and services, answering their queries, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve conversion goals.

    Handling inbound and outbound calls**: Providing detailed information about Kemedar’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.Identifying customer needs: Actively listening to identify customer needs and finding suitable products

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures**: Ensure accuracy when handling inquiries and following up with customers.Achieving personal and team

**High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related fields is an advantage.**

"Experience"

Previous experience in a call center or.

**Language**

English is required

*Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and related practices, as well as basic computer skills.*
