General objective of the job
As an Investment Analyst at Kemedar, you are responsible for conducting rigorous analysis of potential investment opportunities and monitoring the performance of current investments. Your role involves providing critical data and recommendations that support strategic investment decisions across the company, including in the real estate investment trust (REIT) and other investment vehicles.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities, including real estate assets, equities, bonds, and other investment products.
- Monitor and assess the financial and operational performance of current investments, providing regular updates and recommendations for action.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and economic conditions that may impact investment portfolios.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the investment team, senior management, and occasionally investors, outlining findings, projections, and investment recommendations.
- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all investment activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support the REIT Manager in managing the real estate investment portfolio by analyzing property performance, market conditions, and financial returns.
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations Manager to provide data for communications that accurately reflect the investment strategy and performance.
- Participate in investment committee meetings, providing analytical support and data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, including financial, operational, and compliance reviews.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CFA) is highly valued.
Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis or financial analysis, preferably within a corporate investment or asset management environment.
Language
Excellent English required
Technical Skills
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis software, and investment research tools.
Personality
Curious, analytical, and driven, with a strong passion for financial markets and investment strategy.
Personal Skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
