General objective of the job
As the WhatsApp Campaign Specialist at Kemedar, you will be solely responsible for strategizing, implementing, and monitoring WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Your role is pivotal in leveraging WhatsApp as a powerful marketing tool to enhance customer engagement, promote offers, and ultimately drive conversions from our extensive leads list.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Design and implement effective WhatsApp marketing campaigns based on the organization's marketing strategies and goals.
- Create compelling, clear, and brand-aligned messages tailored for the WhatsApp platform to promote products, services, and special offers.
- Schedule and automate messages to ensure timely delivery and maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries received via WhatsApp to enhance engagement and support lead conversion processes.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of WhatsApp campaigns in achieving set marketing targets, such as customer engagement rates, lead conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer contacts and segment lists to tailor messages effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp’s policies and guidelines, managing permissions and opt-in requirements diligently.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WhatsApp marketing and apply these insights to campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate WhatsApp campaigns with other digital marketing efforts for cohesive brand messaging.

Education
No Special Requirements
Experience
1-2 years of experience in social media management, coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or real estate sectors.
