General objective of the job

As the Product Support Specialist at Kemedar, you are responsible for providing specialized assistance and support for Kemedar’s products or services. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers receive expert guidance and support, helping to resolve any issues they encounter with our products effectively and efficiently.

Main Duties of The Job


  • Provide timely and effective support to customers for any inquiries or issues related to Kemedar’s products or services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services to offer technical advice and support to both customers and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on product features, common issues, and resolutions to aid in customer support and training materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers and provide training on how to use products effectively.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to report recurring product issues or customer feedback that can guide future product enhancements.
  • Monitor and manage responses on support channels including emails, live chat, and phone calls, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments that could impact product performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of support processes and practices to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

Education

No specific degree

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with specific expertise in supporting software or technology systems.

Language

Fluent in English is Must

Computer Skills

Proficient with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and modern customer service software.

Personality

Proactive, leadership-oriented, strong problem solver, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in team leadership and training.

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills
