General objective of the job


As the Head of Franchise and Area Partnerships at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing the entire network of franchises and area partnerships. Your role is crucial in strategizing expansion, enhancing partner relations, and ensuring operational excellence across all franchises and area partnerships. This position requires managing dual reporting relationships and aligning local operations with both corporate strategies and system-specific objectives.

Organizational​ Relations

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Vice President of Operations

Coordinates with: Marketing, Financial, and Product System Departments at both the corporate level and within specific system partners

Oversees: Franchise Development Manager, Partner Relations Manager, Training and Compliance Manager, Franchise Operations Manager, Marketing Coordinator for Franchise, and Financial Analyst for Franchise Operations

Main Duties of The Job


  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the expansion and management of Kemedar’s franchise and area partnerships.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and support of franchisees and area partners, ensuring they meet Kemedar’s standards and achieve operational excellence.
  • Navigate the matrix management structure by facilitating collaboration between franchise managers and system-specific departments to align strategies and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor performance of franchises and area partnerships, implementing adjustments as necessary to meet corporate goals and local requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including franchise partners, system partners, and corporate executives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations across the franchise network.
  • Lead negotiations on franchise agreements and renewals, securing terms that benefit both Kemedar and its partners.
  • Provide leadership and support to franchise and area partnership managers, including training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate Kemedar’s partnership model.
  • Report directly to senior management with performance metrics, strategic insights, and operational updates.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Franchise Management, or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in franchise management, preferably in the real estate sector, with proven success in expanding franchise networks internationally.

Language

Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial for international dealings.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in franchise management software and CRM systems.

Personality

Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
