General objective of the job
As the Business Consultant at Kemedar, you are tasked with analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your role involves working closely with various departments to streamline operations, optimize costs, and foster innovation within the company.

Main Duties of The Job
- Conduct thorough analyses of business operations, including workflows, supply chains, financial processes, and customer service strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction, quality improvement, or increased efficiency.
- Develop and present comprehensive business plans and strategies to senior management, outlining proposed changes, potential risks, and expected outcomes.
- Implement business strategies and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary to meet business objectives.
- Facilitate change management processes within the company to ensure smooth adoption of new business practices.
- Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new processes and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation in its field.
- Provide project management expertise on major initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to enhance communication and collaboration on interdepartmental projects.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company’s performance, challenges, and progress in implementing strategic initiatives.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in business consulting, management consulting, or a similar role in a corporate setting.
Language
Excellent English required
Technical Skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
Personality
Innovative, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong ability to lead and influence others.
Personal Skills
Excellent negotiation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact effectively with diverse teams.
