General objective of the job
As the Senior Project Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for managing the entirety of operations and communications related to a specific system within Kemedar’s portfolio. You will act as the main liaison between Kemedar and the exclusive system partner, ensuring that all aspects of the system are managed effectively, meeting both operational excellence and strategic goals.
Within the Strategy & Transformation team, Kemedar is looking for a strong Business/System Performance manager who will be primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring commercial and operational KPIs on business performance and presenting periodical performance reviews to leadership team.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with system partners and across departments to ensure alignment and prompt resolution of issues.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any operational challenges that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to system performance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that enhance system operations and align with overall business objectives.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt strategies and plans in response to changing market conditions or partner feedback.
Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a specific system, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the exclusive system partner, facilitating all communications and ensuring that Kemedar’s interests are effectively represented.
- Monitor system performance against key performance indicators and goals, implementing adjustments as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular meetings with the system partner to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan future actions.
- Implement and manage change processes to ensure that any adjustments to the system or its strategy are smoothly integrated.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on system status to the Head of Exclusive System Partnership Management and other senior executives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations related to the system’s operation.
- Establishing and monitoring appropriate commercial and operational KPIs with particular focus on business performance
- Constantly keep an eye on the daily KPIs and flag inconsistencies, data issues and alert on irregular trends.
- Run complex and detailed analyses in order to identify reasons when business performance is having extraordinary trends
- Have a good grasp of business context and deliver relevant business performance insights through weekly, monthly performance reviews.
- Present these findings and reviews periodically to leaders of the organization
- End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business performance insights

We expect that you have..!
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably with experience in managing large-scale projects or systems within the technology sector.
Language
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Certificates
Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and a strong understanding of system operations and management.
Personal Skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
