General objective of the job

As the Partner Relations Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing franchisees and area partners. Your role is pivotal in ensuring partner satisfaction, addressing concerns, and facilitating the successful implementation of Kemedar’s operational standards and strategic initiatives within the framework of a matrix management system.

This job profile is designed to attract a skilled and dedicated Partner Relations Manager who can effectively manage and enhance the relationships between Kemedar and its network of partners, ensuring their satisfaction and aligning their operations with corporate strategies.

Reports to: Head of Franchise and Area Partnerships

Coordinates with: Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Training Departments, both at the corporate level and within specific system partners

Oversees: Partner support teams

Main Duties of The Job


  • Serve as the primary contact for franchisees and area partners, ensuring they have a direct line to corporate support.
  • Regularly review partner performance and provide feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their operational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between partners and Kemedar’s internal departments to ensure partners are well-informed about policies, marketing campaigns, operational changes, and other relevant initiatives.
  • Develop and implement partner retention strategies and personalized engagement plans to enhance partner loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Organize and conduct regular partner meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure partners are up to date with the latest operational practices and system enhancements.
  • Monitor partner compliance with franchise agreements and Kemedar’s operational standards.
  • Manage conflict resolution and negotiate solutions to partner issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze partner feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in Kemedar’s partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tools and programs that support partner growth and market penetration.
  • Prepare reports on partner relations activities and outcomes for senior management.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner or franchise relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.

Language

Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial for international dealings.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and performance metrics.

Personality

Approachable, empathetic, and proactive with excellent negotiation skills.

Personal Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong relationships.
