General objective of the job

As the Phone Support Specialist at Kemedar, you are responsible for managing incoming calls and ensuring that all inquiries are directed accurately and efficiently to the appropriate specialists or departments. Your role is pivotal in providing a positive first impression and enhancing the overall effectiveness of Kemedar’s customer support operations.

All customer support specialists, including System Support, Product Support, and Ticketing System Specialists

Main Duties of The Job


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for all callers.
  • Assess and route calls to the appropriate specialists or departments based on specific customer needs or inquiries.
  • Provide basic support and answers to customers regarding general inquiries, using a comprehensive knowledge base and support scripts.
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls, including caller information, the nature of inquiries, and the outcome of the call.
  • Monitor call traffic and wait times, and adjust call routing as needed to manage customer wait times effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments to stay updated on changes in procedures, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to callers.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance continuously.
  • Provide feedback on call trends and potential issues to the Customer Care Manager to help improve the overall efficiency of the phone support system.

Education

No specific degree

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with specific expertise in supporting software or technology systems.

Language

Fluent in English is Must

Computer Skills

Proficient with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and modern customer service software.

Personality

Proactive, leadership-oriented, strong problem solver, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in team leadership and training.

It will be nice if you have...

Certification

Professional certifications in customer service management, leadership, or related areas are preferred.

Specialized computer skills

Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc
