General objective of the job

As the Franchise Operations Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of franchises, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Your role involves supporting franchisees in implementing Kemedar’s operational standards, optimizing business processes, and achieving their operational and financial targets.

This job profile is designed to attract a knowledgeable and experienced Franchise Operations Manager who can ensure the operational success of Kemedar’s franchise network, maintaining high standards and promoting growth and efficiency across all locations.

Organizational​ Relations


Reports to: Head of Franchise and Area Partnerships

Coordinates with: Training and Compliance Manager, Partner Relations Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Financial Analyst, and other relevant departments within both the corporate structure and matrix management system.

Oversees: Local franchise operations teams

Main Duties of The Job


  • Oversee daily operations of each franchise location, ensuring that they adhere to Kemedar’s operational policies and standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees for operational issues, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop and implement operational best practices that enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience across all franchise locations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, assess compliance with standards, and provide hands-on support and training.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Compliance Manager to ensure that franchisees and their staff are adequately trained on operational procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within franchise operations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to implement local marketing initiatives that drive customer traffic and sales.
  • Facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate office, ensuring that all operational concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare and present reports on franchise performance, challenges, and progress to senior management.
  • Support franchisees in financial management and budgeting, working in tandem with the Financial Analyst to optimize profitability.

We expect that you have..!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit retail/restaurant/real estate environment.

Language

Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial for international dealings.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with operations software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Personality

Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Personal Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with business partners and effectively managing a team.
