General objective of the job
As the Localization Manager at Kemedar, you are tasked with adapting marketing content, products, and communications to meet the linguistic, cultural, and regulatory needs of different markets around the world. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all aspects of Kemedar’s offerings are appropriately localized, ensuring maximum relevance and effectiveness in each target market.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve localization issues that may arise during project execution.
Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Develop and implement a comprehensive localization strategy that aligns with Kemedar’s global marketing and business objectives.
- Oversee the localization of marketing materials, product documentation, digital content, and software applications for specific markets.
- Manage relationships with external localization vendors and freelance translators, ensuring high-quality translations and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure that all localized content meets local market needs and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of localized content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and cultural appropriateness.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure localization practices meet all local legal standards and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of localized campaigns and strategies, using insights to drive improvements.
- Stay informed about global market trends and localization best practices to continuously enhance localization efforts.
- Train and guide internal teams on cultural nuances and localization best practices to foster better understanding and collaboration.
- Manage the localization budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
We expect that you have..!
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in localization, international marketing, or a related field, with proven success in managing large-scale localization projects.
Language
Fluent in English is a Must
Computer Skills
Proficiency in localization tools and platforms, content management systems, and basic SEO knowledge.
Personality
Detail-oriented, proactive, and culturally aware with a passion for global marketing.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of working under tight deadlines and managing diverse teams.
