As the Vice President of Finance at Kemedar, you hold a pivotal role in the strategic management and oversight of the company’s financial activities. You are responsible for high-level financial planning, risk management, and decision-making that aligns with Kemedar’s goals and ensures its financial health.
This job profile is designed to attract a seasoned and visionary Vice President of Finance who can contribute to Kemedar’s strategic success, ensuring robust financial practices and leading the finance team towards achieving the company’s financial goals.
He reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Egypt
Controller, Director of FP&A, Treasurer, Tax Director, Head of Internal Audit, and other finance staff
Coordinates with:
CEO, CFO, other VPs, department heads across the company
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with several years in a VP role or similar senior management position.
Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Ethical, strategic, proactive, and highly organized.
CPA, CFA, or similar financial certifications are highly regarded.
Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc

Under the matrix structure, specific finance personnel such as system-specific accountants report to two managers: the Controller for their functional role and system managers for their system-specific responsibilities. This dual-reporting structure is designed to optimize both functional expertise and system-specific knowledge.
