General objective of the job
As the Social Media Coordinator at Kemedar, you will be instrumental in managing our daily social media operations, including moderating pages, broadcasting messages, and engaging with our audience across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for maintaining active and positive interactions with our community, ensuring timely communication, and supporting broader social media campaigns.

Main Duties of The Job
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and marketing efforts.
- Schedule and post content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Moderate comments on social media pages to maintain a positive environment and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Execute broadcast messaging through social media platforms, email, and SMS to communicate promotional content and updates.
- Manage mass messaging campaigns on platforms like WhatsApp and other messaging apps, ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and effectively reach the target audience.
- Track and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.
- Help implement and maintain online marketing strategies through social media.
- By using timelines and scheduled content, manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.

Education
No Special Requirements
Experience
1-2 years of experience in social media management, coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or real estate sectors.
Language

Computer Skills
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), as well as with social media management tools like SenderpPro, AM Control and other systems like them.
Personality
Proactive, engaging, and responsive, with the ability to handle social interactions professionally and dynamically.
Personal Skills
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
