General objective of the job
As the SEO Analyst based in Cairo for Kemedar, you are tasked with implementing robust SEO and content strategies to enhance the visibility and searchability of our website. Your expertise in both English and Arabic SEO practices will be pivotal in optimizing content, analyzing performance, and driving increased traffic and engagement.
This job profile is tailored to attract a dynamic and skilled SEO Analyst who can navigate both English and Arabic search optimization, enhancing Kemedar’s digital presence and contributing to the growth and success of the organization in the competitive online space.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research in both English and Arabic to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide detailed SEO analysis and recommendations in line with the structure and elements of websites and web pages.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and SEO performance across major search channels using advanced SEO tools and analytics.
- Lead content analysis and prioritize pages for optimization to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to SEO goals, including writing and revising in-depth location and property listing descriptions.
- Provide guidelines for blog posts and community guide creations that are SEO-optimized.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives, ensuring all digital marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned.
- Regularly update and optimize website content as needed to maintain SEO standards and competitiveness.

Education
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience in SEO and content marketing, preferably in eCommerce or real estate sectors.
Language
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and popular SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush. Familiarity with CMS environments and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Personality
Proactive, data-driven, and meticulous with a strong ability to strategize and optimize.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
