General objective of the job
As the Reporting and Data Analyst at Kemedar, you will harness your passion for data to drive business insights that enhance customer experiences. This role involves synthesizing complex data from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights to the Customer Experience team, helping to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
This job profile is designed to attract a highly analytical and skilled Reporting and Data Analyst who can effectively use data to enhance customer understanding and drive improvements in customer experience at Kemedar.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support the operational functions and strategic needs of the Customer Experience department.
- Perform both recurring and ad hoc analysis to answer complex business questions and provide actionable insights.
- Extract data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the datasets used for analysis.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
- Use data visualization tools to present data in a way that is easy to understand and useful for decision-making.
- Work with the IT department to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver reports and analytics that support business objectives.
- Continuously seek to improve reporting and analysis processes by adopting new tools and techniques.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably supporting customer experience or related business functions.
Language
Good in English
Computer Skills
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
Personality Traits
Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about translating data into insights.
Personal Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
