General objective of the job
As the Oracle Database Administrator at Kemedar, you will manage, maintain, and secure our mega local server, which houses millions of records crucial to our operations. Your role is vital to ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of our Oracle databases, while also optimizing data accessibility and efficiency to support Kemedar’s extensive real estate operations.
This job profile is designed to attract a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator who can manage Kemedar’s critical database infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and reliability at the highest levels.

This is a strategic and dynamic role positioned to drive effectiveness creating value through centralised data acquisition, Quality Control, Data Vendors management and more.
She/He will be a key player in the Data & AI function by managing established 3rd party data partnerships, data acquisition, data acquisition efficiencies, data asset & partnership optimization to drive business value, speed and impact.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database systems.
- Monitor database performance, implementing changes and applying new patches and versions to maintain database health and security.
- Perform and manage database backups and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Manage database access, implementing security measures to protect sensitive data in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established IT standards, guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize database systems for better efficiency and improved performance.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve database and application solutions.
- Develop and document database administration procedures and policies.
- Provide timely technical support for database issues, working to minimize disruptions to associated business functions.
- Identify potential 3rd Party data partners and Lead relationships
- Manage the data acquisition process for data partnerships
- Recommend enhancements to the onboarding process to create efficiencies
- Ensure new data assets adhere to quality standards and onboards properly and efficiently
- Project Manage data integration, enhancement & mapping

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years as an Oracle Database Administrator, with extensive experience in managing large-scale databases.
Language
Good in English
Computer Skills
Expert knowledge of Oracle Database Technology, SQL, and PL/SQL. Proficiency in database management and security software.
Personality Traits
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining high levels of database security and integrity.
Personal Skills
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Certifications
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certification is highly preferred.
