General objective of the job
As the Mass Communication Manager at Kemedar, you are tasked with overseeing and directing all mass communication efforts including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels. Your role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement, promote brand awareness, and drive business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead a team dedicated to executing these strategies effectively across various platforms and assisting in the preparation of targeted lead lists to optimize campaign reach.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Design and implement mass communication strategies to maximize reach and engagement across various platforms including email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of all mass communication efforts, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and aligned with Kemedar’s brand voice.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns using key performance indicators and analytics tools to continually refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign coherence and strategic alignment.
- Manage and mentor the mass communication team, setting clear goals and providing feedback to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Negotiate with service providers and vendors to secure the best platforms and tools for message dissemination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations concerning mass communication, including data privacy laws.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mass communication and adopt new technologies and methodologies that can enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage the budget for mass communication initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Assist in the preparation of targeted lists of leads to ensure campaigns are directed at the right audience segments, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Handle crisis communication and manage rapid responses when necessary to maintain the company’s reputation.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a mass communication role with management responsibilities, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Language
Fluent in English is Must
Computer Skills
Proficiency in CRM software, mass communication tools, and platforms (e.g., Mailwizz, Mailchimp, Twilio, WhatsApp Business API).
Personality
Proactive, innovative, and highly organized, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Personal Skills
Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
