General objective of the job
As the Marketing Data Analyst at Kemedar, you are tasked with analyzing complex marketing data from various channels to provide actionable insights that shape and optimize marketing strategies. Your role is crucial in measuring campaign performance, predicting consumer behavior, and improving overall marketing effectiveness.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including customer databases, market surveys, web traffic, and other digital engagement metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports that provide insights into marketing campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention patterns, and market trends.
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to establish campaign goals, measure performance, and identify the effectiveness of different channels and strategies.
- Provide analytical support for A/B testing campaigns and other conversion optimization efforts.
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations based on analysis of performance data.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics and marketing technology, implementing new tools and techniques as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies when handling customer and market data.
- Assist in setting budgets and forecasting marketing needs based on historical data and trend analysis.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field with a strong quantitative focus.
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Language
Good in English
Computer Skills
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, R, Python), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and Google Analytics.
Personality Traits
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and curious about interpreting market and consumer behavior data.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
