General objective of the job
As the Head of Cyber Security & Server Administration at Kemedar, you are responsible for protecting the digital assets of the company from external and internal threats, as well as ensuring stable and efficient operation of our servers and network infrastructures. This critical role involves overseeing the implementation of security protocols, managing server environments, and leading a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity and performance of all IT systems.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
Develop and implement organizational security policies and protocols to ensure the safety of information systems and data.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and procedures of the company’s servers, including local servers and cloud-based components.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest security standards and protocols.
- Manage and respond to security incidents and breaches, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate damage.
- Oversee the installation, administration, and troubleshooting of the organization’s databases and network infrastructure.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness training initiatives to educate employees on security best practices and potential threats.
- Budget management for cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align security measures with organizational goals and operational requirements.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
At least 10 years of experience in IT security or network administration, with a proven track record in managing large-scale server environments and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
Language
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in managing server hardware, operating systems (such as Linux and Windows Server), network protocols, and security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption).
Personality
Detail-oriented, vigilant, and ethical, with a strong commitment to upholding privacy and security standards.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and team management skills, capable of leading complex security projects and initiatives.
