General objective of the job
As the Email Campaign Specialist at Kemedar, you will be responsible for crafting, sending, and analyzing email campaigns aimed at a large and diverse leads list. Your expertise will drive direct marketing efforts through carefully segmented, personalized email strategies that enhance engagement, nurture leads, and boost conversions.
This job aims to attract a highly skilled Email Campaign Specialist who can leverage email as a powerful tool in Kemedar’s marketing arsenal, driving forward the company’s goals of engagement and conversion.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to promote Kemedar’s products and services.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and accuracy, ensuring all emails represent the brand consistently.
- Segment lead lists accurately to tailor and personalize emails to various customer demographics and interests.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights gathered from data analytics and A/B testing.
- Manage email templates using marketing automation tools and ensure all templates are responsive across all devices.
- Optimize email for deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing email templates.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices in email marketing.
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts and present these results to the digital marketing team and other stakeholders.

Education
No Special Requirements
Experience
2-4 years of experience in email marketing, with a demonstrated track record of managing large-scale email campaigns.
Language

Computer Skills
Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailwizz, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
Personality
Meticulous, innovative, and results-driven with a strong ability to capture the audience’s attention through creative communication.
Personal Skills
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage timelines effectively.
