General objective of the job
As the Ad System Manager for the Doringa system at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing the entire ad space management system within Kemedar’s apps and websites. Your role involves optimizing ad space usage, enhancing advertiser satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of ad placements across various digital platforms.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Oversee the management and operation of the Doringa system, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance system features and address technical challenges.
- Develop pricing strategies for ad spaces based on market analysis and system capabilities.
- Manage relationships with advertisers and agencies to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term business relationships.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance and system metrics to report on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Lead the ad operations team in setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency of ad space management and align with industry best practices.
- Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and ad technology to keep Kemedar’s offerings competitive and innovative.
- Prepare and manage the budget related to ad operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the ad operations team to ensure they are proficient in the latest ad technologies and best practices.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in digital advertising or ad operations, with proven experience in managing ad systems or platforms.
Language
Fluent in English is a Must
Computer Skills
Proficiency with ad serving technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
Personality
Proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams.
