General objective of the job
As the Head of Investment at Kemedar, you will lead the investment strategy and manage the portfolio to maximize returns while mitigating risks. This crucial role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment analysis, and portfolio management to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities that align with Kemedar’s strategic goals.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
Following up the investment requests received on the site and the lands of the posts, storing them, responding to them, contacting their owners and meeting them, and trying to generate work from these investment opportunities through cross matching between the owners of capital and the owners of fixed assets.
Proposing new investment ideas such as participatory investment
Marketing for the investment part of the company stands alone in isolation from other marketing parts
Drafting and activating partnership and investment contracts with investment seekers
Sign contracts with all parties involved in the investment process
Develop and implement the company’s investment strategy based on the market environment and the company’s goals.
Manage the investment portfolio, continuously monitoring its performance and adjusting the strategy as necessary.
Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, evaluating risks and projected returns.
Collaborate with financial analysts to produce forecasts and analytical models.
Oversee and direct the acquisition and disposal of properties in the portfolio.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, new investment products, and all other areas that can affect the markets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to the company’s investments.
Build relationships with external partners, such as banks, investors, and real estate developers, to secure advantageous investment opportunities.
Report to senior management on portfolio performance and investment strategies.

Education
Master’s degree in Islamic Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related field, with proven success in developing profitable investment strategies.
Language
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools; strong understanding of real estate markets and financial instruments.
Personality
Pragmatic and decisive with a keen insight into market trends and investment opportunities.
Personal Skills
Excellent negotiation skills, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
