As the Compliance Officer at Kemedar, you are responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with legal standards and internal policies. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of business operations, managing risk, and ensuring that the company adheres to regulatory requirements across all aspects of its activities.
Reports to: Head of Legal and Administrative Affairs
Coordinates with: Legal Affairs Manager, HR Department, Finance Department, and other key departments to ensure cohesive compliance practices across the company.
Oversees: Compliance department staff and any compliance-related projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced compliance certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in business consulting, management consulting, or a similar role in a corporate setting.
Excellent English required
Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
Innovative, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong ability to lead and influence others.
Excellent negotiation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact effectively with diverse teams.
Any related certificates will be plus
Ethical, decisive, and strategic with strong leadership qualities and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and complex organizational dynamics.
