General objective of the job
As the Marketing Specialist for Investments at Kemedar, you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies specifically tailored to attract and retain investors. Your role involves promoting Kemedar’s investment opportunities, including the real estate investment trust (REIT), through compelling marketing materials, digital campaigns, and investor communications.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns for Kemedar’s investment products, focusing on digital marketing strategies to reach potential investors.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports that effectively communicate the benefits and details of investment opportunities.
- Maintain and update the investment section of Kemedar’s website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations Manager to develop materials for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Utilize SEO and PPC strategies to enhance online presence and visibility of investment opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to ensure Kemedar’s marketing remains innovative and effective.
- Work closely with the Legal and Compliance departments to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
- Manage social media content and strategies related to investment promotions, engaging with users and fostering an interactive online community.
- Organize and participate in webinars and online forums to educate potential investors about Kemedar’s investment offerings.
We expect that you have..!
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialization in financial marketing is a plus.
Experience
At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on financial services or investment products.
Language
Excellent English required
Technical Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and data analytics platforms.
Personality
Innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to think creatively and strategically.
Personal Skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
