General objective of the job
As the Senior Ad Operations Manager at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing the execution, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across Kemedar’s media products. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on management of daily ad operations, ensuring that advertising campaigns are effectively delivered and optimized to meet client goals and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
This job profile is designed to attract a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ad Operations Manager who can effectively lead Kemedar’s ad operations to new heights, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and maximum client satisfaction.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Manage the complete cycle of advertising operations across Kemedar’s group websites, including banner inventory management, trafficking, optimizing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the product team to define the strategic roadmap for Kemedar’s media solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and articulate Kemedar’s advertising proposition, utilizing advanced ad tech solutions to deliver effective advertising.
- Lead the optimization of advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS for advertisers, employing best practices in campaign management.
- Work closely with the product development team to build and maintain best-in-class ad technologies.
- Ensure that Kemedar’s advertising operations adhere to industry standards for verification and accreditation.
- Provide high-level service to external clients, including agencies and advertisers, to ensure complete satisfaction and campaign success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, deep dives, and tests to continually improve campaign results.
- Manage and mentor the ad operations team, providing training and development to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle daily management and troubleshooting of display campaigns, utilizing DFP Ad Servers for reporting and optimization.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in ad operations, with extensive experience managing sophisticated ad campaigns and using major ad serving technologies, ideally Google Ad Manager (DFP).
Language
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills
Expertise in using DFP or similar ad servers, advanced proficiency in data analysis, and use of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
Personality
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to driving excellence in advertising operations.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of leading a team and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
