General objective of the job
As the Video Production Specialist at Kemedar, you are responsible for producing high-quality video content that engages and informs audiences. Your role involves managing all aspects of video production, from concept development to filming, editing, and final delivery. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual stories that enhance Kemedar's brand presence and marketing campaigns.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Develop and pitch video project ideas that align with Kemedar’s marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Plan and execute all phases of video production, including scripting, filming, editing, sound design, and post-production.
- Operate video cameras, on-location audio equipment, and other production equipment.
- Manage the logistics of video shoots, including locations, schedules, and necessary equipment.
- Edit footage to create polished and engaging video content suitable for various platforms such as YouTube, social media, and corporate websites.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and animators to incorporate visual effects and animations into video productions.
- Ensure all video content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Archive and organize video footage and related project files.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to video production.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers, including directors, editors, and videographers.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or any other
Experience
At least 2-3 years of professional video production experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Language
English is plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency with professional cameras, sound equipment, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Personality
Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong problem-solving skills.

Certification
Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual effects; experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Specialized computer skills
Like apps of business management as Odoo, Bulk emailing, Accounting systems,...etc
