General objective of the job
As the Affiliate Manager for the Camonea system at Kemedar, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire affiliate program. Your role involves managing affiliate partnerships, strategizing promotional activities, and ensuring the affiliates' success in generating revenue. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding the program, increasing its effectiveness, and ultimately contributing significantly to Kemedar’s revenue growth.
This job profile is designed to attract a skilled and experienced Affiliate Manager who can effectively oversee Kemedar’s Camonea affiliate management system, driving growth and enhancing the performance of our affiliate network.

Organizational Relations
Main Duties of The Job
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program for the Camonea system, including recruitment, communication, and strategy implementation.
- Develop comprehensive plans to acquire new affiliates and support existing ones, enhancing their ability to sell and promote effectively.
- Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze affiliate performance and effectiveness of campaigns to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize affiliate outputs.
- Negotiate and review affiliate advertising agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide affiliates with regular updates on new products and changes in product specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tools and promotional materials tailored for affiliate marketing channels.
- Conduct regular training sessions for affiliates on the use of the Camonea system, best practices, and effective selling techniques.
- Regularly report on ROI and key performance metrics of the affiliate program to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years in affiliate marketing or a related field, with proven experience in managing and scaling affiliate programs.
Language
Fluent in English is a Must
Computer Skills
Proficiency with affiliate marketing software and tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
Personality
Proactive, driven, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
Personal Skills
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and project management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
